Appears that he is FR transfer from WY. 3-star (85) out of Paetow HW in Katy, TX. 6-1, 192 was also a triple jumper in track and field (11.93 100 is not very fast). Was used sparingly at WY (17 receptions, 204 yards, 3 TD) with best game vs Boise St. (4/82/1 with a 63 yard reception). So, appears he’s a depth play but maybe an athlete or could be used on special teams?

At this point, I’m expecting some WR transfers out in the spring. Right now, Utah has a lot of WR who are coming in with the appeal of available playing time. But at spring practice some are going to stand out and others will fall behind. And there’s no way to get all of them the opportunity they want

Z Williams, Zip, D Washington, Buchanan, Calderella, N Johnson, Stevenson, Whittimore, Tia, Davis, possibly Singer and others …

Someone is going to get buried lower on the depth chart than they’d like. And a lot of these guys came in wanting to play, so if they’re WR8, they may well look elsewhere to get more opportunities.

Which is fine, we’re right now giving a lot of guys a chance and seeing who stands out

I wonder if he was on campus today? We have a yearly business meeting at the Ken Garff University Club at Rice Eccles and as I was walking out of the building on the South End someone who looks a lot like him was walking in. This would have been at about 11:45 AM.
