  Williams: transfer from Vegas, 3 star, 84 rating
  Victor: transfer from Hawaii, 3 star, 85 rating
  
  You don’t need 4 and 5 stars to have a passing game. You just have to be willing to throw them the ball and run route trees designed to get people open instead of in blocking position.

  Forget the Wazzu receivers. How about Cam Ward? Can you believe he was a zero star recruit coming out of high school? The only offers he had were from Incarnate Word and Texas Southern. Probably one of the biggest recruiting misses this century.
