  I know uniforms don’t win games, but I think it’s pretty cool that they like to switch things up. And this is just a classic look! Love it!

    The strips are a minor step up, the back drop color needs to be the same color as the rest of the uniform.

  Ah, the ‘ol helmet/jersey/pants combo. Nice. I’m particularly glad they included a helmet because that will protect the players’ heads.

  My only gripe is that the helmets are not the shiny, satin red ones. Those are sweet.

    Utes Equipment tweeted that they are using the practice helmets for the first game. They touched them up, but it is a bit surprising.
    
    Next week will probably be all reds with satin lids.

      I was wondering about the BYU game. You think they are wearing red instead of white? That would be excellent, especially with the purdy lids.
