Sounds like a big pick up for the Utes. His recruiting profile is elite. Looks like to played quite a bit a PSU.
Question; Why is he transferring? I get that he graduated but that doesn’t mean he needs to transfer?  Whas he beaten out for playing time? Bad apple?
 

Utah plays UofM in the Rose Bowl.  It’s a very real possibility.
