The Miami Marlins are riddled with coronovirus, and just cancelled their home opener

I’m hurting. My best golf buddy, the best man at my wedding, just lost a battle with lukemia. I’m gutted. 

I’d almost rather this than playing SUU and BYU and Wyoming and all that: Revised Pac-12 football schedule features mid-September start and multiple dates for the championship game

We have a couple of moderators now, and hopefully a 3rd on the way to getting setup.  Primary focus will be:
1. Deleting spam
2. Moving topics to the proper category
Mods will have the permissions to delete posts, edit posts, move categories. We will see how things work and adjust as needed.

Stanford is dropping 11 varsity sports at end of 2020-21 — men’s and women’s fencing, field hockey, lightweight rowing, men’s rowing, coed and women’s sailing, squash, men’s volleyball, wrestling and synchronized swimming.

Wife wanted to watch 365 Days on Netflix last night. I’d never heard of it but it is #1 on Netflix. Wosies. Anyone seen it? Borderline adult film. That polish acress Anna Maria Sieklucka is stunning.  Anyway, don’t watch it on my recommendation if you’re offended by that kind of stuff cause it’s pretty graphic. 

Allow users to pay per post to see the who gave them the thumbs up/down.  haha. 

After 81 votes the opinion on the Scalley poll is overwhealming approval. But on the board it seems like there was a much more even distribution of people who approved and disapproved retaining him.  I think that’s interesting. 

I’ve just published a new poll.  Did the U make the right choice on Morgan Scalley?  Vote in the right hand column of the website or on the Ute Hub app tap the polls icon from the home screen. 

Some are happy and some unhappy about the Scalley retention. I’m coming out of rock drumming retirement tonight to play a gig with Park City band Dr. Bob. 6:30-9:30pm at The Boneyard.  It is outside so bring your mask, your hand sanitizer and leave the covid at home.

Great camping trip this weekend, which is why I was off the grid. Except I crashed my main cinematic racing drone into Navajo Lake, Utah Saturday night. Dove in after it and couldn’t find it. Mild hypothermia. Recovered it the next morning, 12 hours later. Damage TBD.
