Just read that Summit County is shutting down all restaraunts and bars. Restaraunts can still do take out or drive through. This is getting nuts.

The consensus is that Utah Basketball will be considerably better next season.  How much better is acceptable? Top X in the Pac-12? Win X games in the Pac-12 tournament?  Make it to the NCAA?

With all this coach talk I took a glance at Big Rick’s wikipedia this morning.  It was an eye opener. Utah went to the sweet 16 four times in eight seasons, from 1990-91 to 1997-98.  Coach K has gone to the tournament twice in 9 years.

We beat the trees 64-56 in OT here back on Feb 6. Had a big lead, then had to go to OT to finish it off.  Of course hoping we can play well at Stanford, but this team has really struggled on the road. 

The announcer wasn’t insanely obnoxious and stupid tonight. Did someone tell him to turn it down a couple of notches or does he just have the flu?  It was still cheeseball a lot of times, but much improved. 

‘fraid we won’t have the horses (or the coaching) to survive this one.  Hope I’m wrong.
