I haven’t. The HOA blew out the sprinklers and shut off the outside water last week. They “assured” me that it is not related, but the timing was right in line with when they blew out the lines.

I’ve got a new issue at my house. Right next to where I sit in my office in the wall is the valve that controls the water coming into the house. Whenever any water is turned on the valve/pipe vibrate so loud it sounds like I have the Ute Marching band tuba section blowing loud note at me. I feel you on a lot of this. In addition… Last decade or so I’d love to sit down and watch USC or Oregon etc play and root against them in hopes it would help the Utes. I find it very hard to sit and watch Kansas State and TCU.
