I think every team should study how they are doing it at Pitt. You get possibilities (maybe some baseline assurance) but not paid until the end of the season. At least that’s how I understand it. If Shadeur is still there that deep. Most have him going as the top QB, then Ward. I know they’ve talked about pulling an Eli/Elway and saying he won’t play for certain teams (If I were them, JETS, Panthers, Bears are all qb killers). But he will not get to the Cowboys (probably in 5-10 range).
