I think he will make an excellent D1 QB coach.

Cam has been hurt every season. I think that will be the NFL’s biggest concern.

Other Heisman qbs: Jason White, Eric Crouch, Charlie Ward … totally agree that some college ballers are not built for the NFL. Some can have a nice journeyman/backup career and make some money without playing that much. Not the worst gig.

Yep. And with Mizzou losing, they barely move, but if we lose to UW, we’ll drop out. yeah – agree. I think this could probably work at least at the P5 level. Maybe the super conferences will implement it. Cost and technology make it a little harder, but NFL style could work (even cut it off at X seconds left in the play clock). Then Michigan would screw with the other team’s frequencies at home ;).

I’m not sure Williams’ college game translates to the pros. Critics have pointed to bad footwork. He is amazing at scrambling, but not sure if pros don’t tackle him faster (and he gets hurt) after too many of those.
