I would think 1/2 of our Big-12 games will be, especially those against lower end B12 teams who aren’t rivals. So, I’d expect the Houston game to be on +, for example.

I feel pretty good about our RB room. I really think either Woods ( the idaho transfer) or one of the young sophs or freshmen will breakout and become our lead back.

Woods really is dynamic. I watched a few Idaho games last season and he was clearly the best player on the field.

Literally the only place I’ve seen Utah listed as a loser in the transfer portal and it’s an idiotic take. We brought in way more talent than we lost via the portal.

Yep, that’s the question. They clearly have the talent. But how quickly that talent can gel and learn the playbook will be key to their success. I think they’ll win some games that they are predicted to lose and lose some games that they should have won.

Yeah, the most disingenuous thing from Big12 fans is acting like we are the only school that would jump to the B1G or the SEac in a heartbeat. I’ve generally believed this to be the case since the Pac fell apart last year. I’m pretty confident Utah will end up it the top tier regardless of what it looks like.

Yep, I agree generally about Stanford. But Stanford has some MAJOR headwinds they need to navigate. The biggest being the transfer portal. I disagree, simply because Utah is one of the best teams in the conference and they’ll be picked more often than not.

Also, the fact that none of our games will be on the P12 Network is a big positive.

While Cougarboard is a cesspool of irrationality generally, I also don’t think you guys should shy away about acknowledging what great progress is being made in your basketball program and being excited about it and having high expectations.
