The team is what it is. They’ve definitely over performed and that reflects well, but they are very flawed. The free throw thing is inexcusable.

Nothing will change this season. The hope is that the new coach will put the team on the right trajectory.

Well, I think Smith is a good coach on the court, but he’s still responsible for putting the team together. The talent we have or don’t have is on him.

Speaking of Lovering, how is it possible to be that bad at free throws? He looks like he’s never actually shot one before when he’s at the line. Does Smith just not care and make Lovering or the team practice them?

Why do you think the playbook will largely be the same for Beck?

Bowl wins. They completely changed the course of the university, not only for football, but all athletics and even most everything else. Increase in interest in the school and applications, huge infrastructure investment, etc.

Well, I’m pretty independent politically. I was a never-Trump until 2 days before the election. I ended up voting for Trump this elections, 3rd party in 2016 and Biden in 2020.
