AZUTE replied to the topic The cope from Shedeur Sanders in the forum Football 5 months, 2 weeks ago
Lol. I asked my youngest daughter what it meant the other day when she used it in a sentence.
It’s basically just a person who tells themselves lies to deal or “cope” with their impossible situation but deep down they know the real truth.
Coping mechanisms or to cope
My daughter was telling a story about a another at her work and “that…[Read more]

AZUTE replied to the topic 4* Alai Kalaniuvalu IOL from Bishop Gorman commits to Oregon in the forum Football 5 months, 2 weeks ago
With the transfer portal high school recruiting is becoming less and less important.
There will be 10 of these type of players in the portal next year and Utah will get one of them.

AZUTE replied to the topic Utah vs BYU Predictions in the forum Football 6 months ago
Nope. Utah out classes byu at every position on the field.
Whit will have no mercy for sitaki as blowout points are needed to look good for playoff committee and he wants payback.
This game won’t be close
Utah by 40

Whit has this one circled on the calendar. He’s gonna remind byu and Sitake just where they sit in the pecking order.
He’s had to listen to byu talk about winning in Provo and ending the streak for three years.
He puts the hammer done from the opening kick and doesn’t let off until the final gun. Starters play deep into the forth qtr.

AZUTE replied to the topic What music would you play when the team comes on the field? in the forum Football 6 months, 2 weeks ago
Ozzy Osbourne opening “O Fortuna”
Coolest concert I’ve ever been to.
Lights go out and then the team runs through the fire flames and smokeStrobe lights and highlights synchronized to the music.
This would only really play well during night games

AZUTE replied to the topic B1G requirement of building an on-campus production studio in the forum Football 6 months, 3 weeks ago
I remember back in the day when Utah had a tv studio. I think it was channel 7 in slc. I remember as a kid watching the coaches show on it.

AZUTE replied to the topic Is BYU the new Kentucky? in the forum Basketball (Men) 6 months, 3 weeks ago
BYU and Kevin Young are the flavor of the month right now but it won’t last. Ryan Smith is paying double what the blue bloods schools are offering these kids and I guess if he’s willing to over pay well that on him but if Young isn’t successful day 1 how long will the money continue to roll in?
Don’t let the Academic requirements fool you man…[Read more]

Any two deep that Hunter Erickson and Jake Whalin in it is hot garbage
Keller is NOT a C he’s not even a POWER forward. He’s a slightly taller slightly more athletic Ben Carlson. He’s a stretch 4 who’s game will mostly outside the arc.
Smith desperately still needs to find a C and pg who can compete for starting spots.
The last scholar…[Read more]

Utah basketball is an absolute train wreck right now. Don’t be surprised if Smith has trouble filling all the spots available and the available coaching position.
There is a lot of infighting going on between all parties involved and the hiring of Andre Miller which was an absolute lock as of last week is now not gonna happen.

And it was all his fault.
There are so many things wrong with your post I don’t even know where to start.
His California recruiting contracts alone are worth a job in staff.
Give him the big12 and 3 million in NIL and watch the ballers roll in.

AZUTE replied to the topic Keiba Keta transfers to TSPP in the forum Basketball (Men) 7 months, 3 weeks ago
Keba needs to develop a 15’ jumper.
He’s got no game outside of 5’ and he’s a major foul risk. You can’t play him in close late game situations because it becomes hack a Keba and he’s not a good FT shooter.I get why he left the trajectory of BYU and Utah basketball are night and day right now
BYU is the flavor of the month but in the long…[Read more]
