I am hearing rumors that the bald guy. The QB analysis guy Mike Bajakan is taking over as OC.
I looked up Northwestern stats for when he was the play called 2020-2023:
Northwestern averaged 23 ish PPG in 2020, 16ish in 2021, 13.8 in 2022 and 22.1 in 2023

Yes but in hopefully an amusing light hearted way that we can look back on and laugh about.

“Three season ending injuries” should be nuff said but not with Utah fans.

Harlan is supposedly a guy that gets booster donations. While I think he has done well with NLI transition. Basketball is completely held back by him. Smith was a horrible hire.

I have seen many people unsatisfied with Scalley. I am like who trust Harlan to make a hire? I think aiming for “Whitt Jr” is 100% the best decision until we find an AD.

Wanting and being capable to
Play are different things. Well paid coaches need to make those tough decisions. There is no way of knowing if Wilson, Rose or Huard would have done better.Gundy dumped his QB against Utah. Second guy sucked and then he put his guy back in who made it a game.
Rising is at a point though where mental toughness…[Read more]

Yeah I don’t know about that last statement. I don’t get fans fascination with Hill. You have zero evidence to suggest that he will be all world. I still think we roll with Scalley.
My biggest problem with Scalley is he really is still young and doesn’t have connections outside of Utah at all. I wonder where he gets the offensive coaches.

The consecutive bowl losses really make you wonder. Penn State and Northwestern are particularly discouraging.
I say all of the time that Utah needs to get into the Big10. But damn even in a bowl game all those teams had to do was downshift once before coasting to a win. How do we think regular season will be?

I agree but I don’t think it is careful or controlled at all.
Rising’s injury reports last season were far from controlled. I know many thought it was a carefully crafted narrative. It was far from that when you know how it went down live. This season? Same thing. You have no idea how they are evaluating Rising’s injury in practice. If a pla…[Read more]

The defense gave up 23 points. I have tried to forget the game but I think some of those came off of Turnovers made by the ass Utah offense. Stop trying to blame the defense. It does more than enough each game.
Utah defense has played as a team the best all season. I will defend them. I won’t defend the dogshit predictable asinine offense though.

No. Utah has a good situation currently. I dislike the Big12 but reality is it is the best scenario right now.
Football is kind of moving things right now. Utah needs to continue the trend of a winning tradition. National pundits overall look at Utah and think Whittingha smash mouth football. So when he retires you have to maintain that. Losing…[Read more]

Going for it on fourth decisions isn’t Monday morning quarterbacking. We all said don’t go for it live. The entire situation still doesn’t make sense to me.
Utah is awful in the RedZone. Has been so fairly consistently for awhile now without Rising. Third down short plays have been going for little to no yards. So why would fourth do any bette…[Read more] -

Whitt really doesn’t think much of opposing coaches or the fans intelligence.

Utah just needs to win the big12 for a few years and keep lobbying for the Big10 invite. Utah isn’t a minor market so I think it happens.

EagleMountainUte replied to the topic What do we know about Arizona? in the forum Football 3 months, 2 weeks ago
I don’t know why I am not worried. I wasn’t really worried last week as well. Big12 just doesn’t look good. Utah isn’t light years above anyone else they just happen to be better coached than every other team.
Arizona does have some talent though and it is bad when it shows up. Utah has talent and really hasn’t put a complete game together.…[Read more]

If I was an OSU fan I would be mighty angry today. Sold quite the bottle of goods. Utah strolled into your house smacked you around and didn’t even need to use full strength. I mean no Rising and Reid? Pretty pathetic.

After seeing Utah’s competition 4-0 isn’t that surprising for me. Who knew USU WR would be better than OSU? Also the ole pig farmer is the best QB Utah has faced on the season.
Bernard is carrying this entire offense, team and coaching staff.
Wilson he has got it done. It hasn’t been pretty or fair but he does get it done.
Defense witho…[Read more] -
