One thing I read into was their ability to score on Oregon. Which I just don’t think Oregon compares to Utah. We will see this weekend again when USC gets in the 30’s again. They have got worst while Utah’s defense is literally dismantling teams.

@utethunder had some great preseason expectations on Ludwig pushing Utah beyond that 32 ppg. A lot of us have felt Utah needed to get to 30 plus to win the pac.

What has pushed Utah’s defense to elite? The offense being above average for a change. Utah’s defense average 54 snaps a game. Which Whitt said has translated to them really playing only 5 games in snap terms. Also means tighter rotations so the 2’s get less “real” snaps and more garbage snaps but more snaps in a sense.
