Caleb strikes me as a special person who’s already a legend in his own mind. He might just stay one more year at USC just to prove he could do it and confound all those pundits that predicted his exit to the NFL. Keep in mind that, if he stays at USC, he’ll easily make north of $10M in NIL money.

There are a lot of people on this site that see Washington winning essentially because of voodoo intangibles. The Huskies have done just enough to win during the last two months of the season. That kind of game plan usually has an expiration date. I’m predicting it’ll be on Friday. We’ll see though…

Possibly. But maybe this is the game where the dam breaks for Washington. If Oregon jumps out to an early double score lead, it could avalanche from there.

Brown would be a great pickup for the Utes. His addition would make the Utah RB room easily the best in the Big XII.

Don’t think for a minute the Lanning is going to call off the dogs if the Ducks sprint out to a big lead. It’ll be bombs away until the final whistle.

Washington is the only ranked team in the history of the AP poll to win eight straight games by 10 points or less. They’re very similar to TCU last year in the way they’ve tempted fate all season but gotten away with it, so far. It stops in Vegas this Friday.

Ducks will cover the point spread easily. It’s not even going to be a close game.

Sad to say, but I’m predicting that most of Oregon State’s best players don’t even suit up for their bowl game in preparation for a portal exit.

I just checked and, using national FBS stats, Utah is ranked #3 versus the run but #64 versus the pass. Combined, the Utes’ defense finished #16 in the nation, trailing both UCLA (#11) and Oregon (#15) in the PAC. Not too shabby for a team that suffered as many injuries as they did and played a large number of high-powered offenses.
