As a famous Marine called Bill Parcells once said “you are what your record says you are.” Hard to see how Washington reloads quickly in the B1G. Their ceiling in that conference might be 9 wins.

To that, I would say look at how many teams killed it last year (Washington, Michigan, FSU, etc..) and are now subterranean dwellers and look at how many teams were just plain ass last year (ASU, Colorado, Indiana, BYU, etc…) and are killing it this season. Does it really matter?
