Jackson was a HUGE loss to portal/NIL.
Whititng hams MO was take lesser recruited players, build them up and then start them for 1-2 years. Anyone he builds up now is gone with NIL once they become starter material.
His entire recruiting and development system is now obsolete or is only build to feed the teams with more $$$.

Not just the recruiting, but 5he handling of the position and evaluation of talent. Witt just wants guys that won’t turn the ball over.
When your head coach refers to something as the “throw game’ it’s a problem. Throwing implies the fact that you don’t care where the ball ends up. You’re just throwing it.

Utah is fortunate to land in a P4 conference.
The 4 remaining P12 teams have some really good football history and it’s a shame they’re left in the position they are. I’m glad Utah is not one of those 4.
The Pac12 was an amazing ride. In retrospect the P12 should have raided the Big 12 (4-6 teams) early on simply to destabilize that league…[Read more]

Amazing performance by our defense against a senior QB and a much more seasoned offense, only giving up 3 points being on the field most of the night…. AATrue “Bend but don’t break” defense.
