I am old school. Going back to the 60s UofA was always clearly the biggest BB rival from a competition perspective. Same was ASU for FB. The Y is more of an emotional rival often with little relationship to sports. The teams that are in the way of a championship in years that we are competitive in that sport should be the rival and can change over time.

Never mind. The media guide does not have player profiles or depth chart and skimpy position group previews as did previous years.

I expect that Stanford admissions are still very very high. However, when the curtains were pulled back at Harvard we saw three groups of students: Legacy, DEI, and Regular admissions. Each had their own requirements. I feel that in some cases I have to revalidate by expectations related to admissions at some Universities.

Alabama might not schedule up but they sure can schedule down. They also don’t often travel more than 2 hours away.

I suspect that that most successful QB transfers are the result of coaching changes. Maybe a new coach brings in a new system that is less of a fit or they bring in their own QB.
