It seems like the team has switched recruiting philosophies, at least on offense. For a few years there it seemed like they were just going after whoever had the highest rating. Now it seems like they’ve switched to going after guys that have demonstrated an ability to fit a specific need. I think this will work out better for the team.

Yes, Gaige has been offered a scholarship, though he won’t be here for quite some time. He just finished up his freshman season, I believe. He is a QB. He took over the starting job midway through the season and led the team to a deep playoff run. He had around 1500 yards of total offense, and around 20 TDs. That dude is the (2nd) worst coach we’ve ever had to play against on a regular basis. The constant on field bitching and belittling of his players. Easy coach to root against.
