Houston barely beat a G5, Baylor and Texas Tech lost to G5 teams, TCU lost, Ok State and BYU did not dominate, ASU barely snuck out alive. It actually helps underdogs. Shorter the game the more lucky bounces and individual plays matter. Longer the game is the more likely the better team comes out on top

Did Dart and Zach Wilson put up similar stat lines while playing at Corner Canyon? Isaac has looked amazing against good competition so far but I don’t know if that’s typical of a low 4 star playing with talented weapons or if he deserves a bump in his rating

One response to that is we want to make up ground with the SEC and B1G when it comes to tv ratings and quality of product. It’s probably best to play 9 conference games instead of adding a cupcake. Better football and better competition

Will we play 7 in our division and 2 in the other division? Or will there be 4 pods of 4 teams? I would prefer pods as we play the same 3 every year (ASU, BYU, Arizona), and then play every other team twice in 4 years (6 for two years and the other 6 next). Best 2 conference records go to the championship game just like how the Pac 12 did last…[Read more]

Also the Pac 12 had been pretty terrible in general the last 6 years + and everyone knew it. Our recruiting didn’t take a hit then so I don’t think it should now. If it drops it is because of Whitt’s retirement.

It’s time for us to join. Oregon and Washington won’t allow themselves to stay in the Pac 12 long term so we need a way out. With Colorado out more dominoes will fall so we need to make sure we are a part of it.

Some Ute Recruits received major bumps today on 247. Snowden got his 4th star while Fano broke the top 100.
