I haven’t. The HOA blew out the sprinklers and shut off the outside water last week. They “assured” me that it is not related, but the timing was right in line with when they blew out the lines.

I’ve got a new issue at my house. Right next to where I sit in my office in the wall is the valve that controls the water coming into the house.
