Someone I know who attends camp and practice said before the season that he thought Rising would get the starting job b/c Bentley has trouble seeing the whole field and takes too long to get the ball out. Risign was much better at finding guys, getting the ball out, and calmer in the pocket.

As several people have pointed out, those short yardage play calls take a long time to devleop. Jordan startws deep in the backfiled and there is a delay in handing off the ball. Gives the defense time to set, concentrate at the point of attack, and penetrate.

I cant imagine there is more than a 0% chance Bentley would start next year. I imagine there is a 100% chnace they are trying to bring in another transfer. I imagine there is a 80% chance Bentely transfers after the season.
