You’re digging a hole for yourself with every response. So stop digging. The only thing here that’s “incredibly idiotic” is you thinking that your opinion on any given subject is the only one that matters.

I knew that, you specifically, would say something like that. Because that’s what you do, isn’t it?
That’s your schtick, insult and attack people that have different opinions from you on this forum. Are you a season ticket holder for the UHC? Because, in my mind, if you’re not, then you really have no standing in this argument.Regardless of…[Read more]

Mammoth or UHC. I’m not sure what the attraction is for Outlaws. I hear people say stuff like “it’s a nod to Utah’s history” but it’s that good or bad? I mean you never see teams called the Chicago Gangsters, New York Mafia, or Boston Mob, right? And all of those are absolutely historically accurate. I don’t know if it’s an LDS, Utah, or Salt…[Read more]

The Miami Ute replied to the topic Projections for 2025 in the forum Football 5 days, 14 hours ago
ESPN also said this:
In the most parity-friendly major conference in college football, you rarely get the breaks you need in consecutive seasons. So Arizona State (6-2 in one-score games), Iowa State (5-1) and Texas Tech (6-1, and another from the “also considered” list) are out. In their place roll Utah (1-5) and Kansas (1-5). Kyle Whittingham’s…

Right you are there Jim. Neither BYU nor ASU will be able to sneak up on anybody next season. Both teams will have bulleyes on them and I’m sure many an opponent has the dates they play them circled on their calendar. Last season, if any QB not called Rising plays down in Tempe, Utah probably wins that game. Hell, they almost won it with…[Read more]

The Miami Ute replied to the topic Hunter Erickson in the forum Basketball (Men) 6 days, 9 hours ago
This is not to disrespect Erickson, but in a Majerus-level Utah team, he’s a guy who would only see the floor during garbage time. That’s how far we’ve fallen…that a guy who’s essentially a fringe P4 MBB player gets major minutes and sometimes plays a decisive role in wins and losses.

Well, you most certainly can have racist beliefs and be highly successful in business provided you don’t act on those beliefs. So, in essence, you’d have to be a “crypto-racist.” I am sure that there are people in society who have racist beliefs but don’t act on them because the penalties are so severe. Same with a guy like Musk. Seems to me…[Read more]

LOL…you’ve obviously never been to Israel if you think it’s filled with white supremacists. Half the Jews there look no different from the Palestinians and there are plenty of Palestinians who looks as European as anyone on this site.

“Elon is full throated Nazi.”
I’m sorry but that’s just a stupid statement and really shows a tremendous ignorance of what National Socialism entails.
This is the national socialist philosophy summarized in 25 points. You tell me how many you think fit in with today’s political agendas:
1. We demand the unification of all Germans in the…[Read more]

To be honest though, Ford’s attitudes towards Jews were pretty mainstream in the USA at the time. That’s one of the reasons why Jews couldn’t hold many professions (one of the reasons why Jews were so prominent in show business since it was open to them) and were denied admission to universities, private clubs, etc…suffice it to say that if…[Read more]

Given the 20th Century’s history, it’s shocking to a lot of Americans that, before WWII, this is how people would pledge allegiance.

The Miami Ute replied to the topic How Billionaires Took Over College Football in the forum Football 1 week, 4 days ago
Well, I guess what I would say is that once the IRS closes the loophole of having athletic donations count as tax write-offs, then the money will dry up. I for one am, well, I guess I shouldn’t really be shocked, that all of these collectives are, at the moment, considered to be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations. It’s one thing to give money to…[Read more]

In 2021, the college football world turned upside down. NIL became legal, and players could finally make money. But what the NIL system has become is unrecognizable: Rogue nonprofits and billionaires have taken over the sport.
This video investigates the current state of NIL, how collectives work, why the IRS is cracking down on them, and what…[Read more]
