I would 1000x sooner live in Utah than somewhere like TN or AL. If you want the west without all the bullshit (or harsh weather) of Utah or the douchery of California, Pacific NW is the place to be. I grew up in Utah and have lived all over the world. Hard to see myself ever leaving WA state now.

Yes the tail wags the dog all the time when it comes to those recruit ranking services. It is a known thing and I’ve seen the guys who run the Ute Rivals site acknowledge it at various times.

And am I alone in thinking it is complete doucheness to keep running full out offensive plays with 5 seconds left in the game and down by 16 points? Is it possible to score 16 points with 5 seconds left in the game? That’s risking injury to your own players isn’t it. Then again I’m not a Gramm fan and think he’s a *(%*

I know that was sickening, wasn’t it?

The Drum & Feather is iconic. All the various uni combos and color variations are fine, but the D&F should be the one constant, instantly recognizable icon that says “we are Utah”. It is the perfect symbol of the school, the state, and the people whose namesake we carry and honor. I would be really sad if it were ever abandoned.
