      Here are my predictions:
Covey will have the most catches.
Howard or Dixon will have the most yards.
Kuithe will have the most touchdowns.

I was in Vegas earlier this month and found Utah at 200/1 to win the national title. I put a crisp, clean $50 on the Utes and will pick up a check for $10,050 the day after we beat Bama (or Ohio State or Clemson) in the title game next January!

Don’t know for sure, but I think this may be about Zion Steptoe committing.

It will be scoring by committee for sure, but that’s not a bad thing. We relied too much on Timmy the past two seasons. And Gach won’t be the focal point of the offense. He may not even start.

My guess is that Jenkins will be our leading scorer at 13 or 14 points per game followed by Carlson (12 ppg), Anthony (10 ppg), Mahorcic (10 ppg), Worster (9 ppg), Gach (9 ppg) and Battin (8 ppg) as out top 7 scorers.

My expectations are for .500 in PAC-12 play (I think the league is planning on 20 games again next season, so that would be 10-10). I think Utah should win the vast majority of non-league games, so I expect something like an 18-12 season and an NIT bid.

      NCAA tourney by year 2!

My guess is the U. worked out a “severance package” that is close to his buyout amount had he been fired, but this way Larry gets to say he resigned and Harlan gets to say he didn’t fire a coach during a pandemic.

I say this is the second biggest game of the last 10 years. The biggest was last December when a win over Washington would have earned us a trip to the Rose Bowl — no ifs, ands or buts.

Starting fast will be huge. This is where we lost the USC game. The Trojans scored touchdowns the first two times they touched the ball. After we fell behind 14-7, we outplayed them. But letting them get off to a good start at home kept the crowd into the game and gave the Trojans the confidence to pull out the upset.

We need to get out to a fast start and sew seeds of doubt in the Huskies and their fans.

Crazily, there are only two teams in the South that are guaranteed to go to the PAC-12 title game if they win out — and neither one is No. 9 in the nation Utah.

USC controls its own destiny, as most of you know, but so does UCLA. Yeah, the Bruins already have two league losses, but if they win out they will be 7-2 in conference games and will hold the tie breaker over both us and USC.
