I could see him make a switch to safety.

I wouldn’t be too sad to see them go. However, the BIG 12 would be stretching themselves. WV to AZ is a lot of ground to cover.

But Colorado is not tough. SC wins this by two touchdowns at least.

They’ve sustained some injuries on D too. They’re not as good as they were a few weeks ago.

No one cries for USC when they have injuries. They’ll replace their 4 and five star players with another one.

I know I might be in the minority but I think USC is really really good. They also need to run the table and they know it. The one game Utah could not lose this year was USC if they wanted to win the south. All I know is, I wouldn’t bet my house that USC loses teo more games, I probably wouldn’t bet they lose one more. Just my two cents.

The most important game was the USC game. I stayed until the end.

We’ve seen strauch kick it out of the back of the end zone. The short kicks could be a call. They might be hoping for a return and then tackle prior to the 25.

Hackett and Wishnowski was a result of good recruiting. Other schools have caught on and are now recruiting Aussie punters. Lennon isn’t bad but the Utes aren’t relying on him to flip the field as much because the offense is so much better this year, I blame that on Ludwig.

Let’s hope they get their luck back against USC

Alex Smith also played in an RPO offense. His overall athleticism was much better than Mitchell’s and he ran the ball more. Mitchell played in a throw first offense. It’s the way the WAC was back then to try to keep up with BYU. Smith was better at running, throwing on the run, decision making and his overall football IQ was higher. More goes in…[Read more]

Unfortunately USC starts their easy part of the schedule after Oregon. And I’m not convinced Oregon will challenge SC in the Coliseum.

I realize this is special teams, but the kicking game is a big part of that and probably the reason for the low rating for the Utes.
