Some things I’ve read: he wanted to expand to 20 teams but couldn’t get all of the presidents on board. Some rumors are USC and UCLA have said no to any other western schools, namely UW and UO. These are just rumors so take it for what it’s worth.

Utah took BYU’s land in week one. Since Tennessee had lost the week prior, BYU didnt get any land from TN. BYU then beat SC and took their land along with Fresno state, and Stanfords land since USC had beat them and they were both unbeaten before SC beat them. According to the article Utah owns the most land with 661 k square miles. Without Alaska they have 90.5 k.

If I’m not mistaken they’ve won a few games over bad teams with close scores.

Penn St. Will drop behind the Utes but Minnesota might move in front. Baylor may move up as well. Bama will drop to 5 or 6 so Utah will either stay at 8 or drop to 9.

USC looks like complete idiots for letting Orgeron go just to take Sark. Hind sight being 20/20 it was a blessing in disguise for Orgeron.

I do believe that is a factor but Leki Fotu didn’t get bumped up to 4 star status when USC offered him. It still boggles my mind how he was not a 4 star recruit.
