I like the rivalry game. Of course, my college football beginnings go back to about 1980. I remember watching the Holiday Bowl – BYU vs. SMU with the miracle finish. That’s how far I go back.

I think you’re right – it was in a game.

That was interesting and a fun watch. Interesting that the QB zone read happened as a broken play in practice. Similar to how the QB run-pass-option was a broken play in practice with Alex Smith under Urban Meyer – although that wasn’t mentioned in the video I don’t think.

I had a similar experience. Zooming into the sections – no seats to select. Tried and tried. Finally, it just decided to work, and I was able to select seats, and I got the tickets.

And I had to change my password before I could pay, also.

Horrible user experience.

I really hope 2021 is the year Utah finally gets a win at the Coliseum.

I wonder if expanding the playoffs to 8 or 16 teams might help. There are only 4 or 5 teams that recruits think will be a playoff team – those few elite playoff teams are getting nearly all of the top, elite talent. I forgot to add to the weird things: referring to the Pac-12 as Pac10+2.

I mean, seriously, Pac10+2, Kyle having a vestigial tail, daily posts about the west concourse – the fanbase is just geeky and weird – unlike any other. I’m probably forgetting a dozen others.
