What I feel is BYU has taken it personal with Utah joining the Pac12 a decade ago and are seeking revenge beyond belief and hell-bent on personally destroying Utah doing it slowly to avoid making it appear as such and any legal ramifications.

I agree. Something is going on with the excessive injuries.
But I don’t have any inside knowledge. So I’m speculating.
Just a guess – they probably get pushed harder in practice and have more physical practices. But I thought the coaches were going to address that this year so maybe I’m wrong.

While I would have loved for Clegg to stay at Utah, I think that Utah actually improved with Lance Holtzclaw. I know his 247 rating isn’t as high as Clegg’s, but Holtzclaw is game ready right now. Clegg, not so much as he has to fight off two years of mission rust and that could take half the season or more.

Excellent pickup for Utah!
While his high school rating is only a .84, which is an average/low 3-star, and he doesn’t have a transfer rating right now, when he transferred to Texas A&M, his transfer rating then was a 4-star .90.
Lots of potential there.
