I see he’s in the portal from Baylor. I hope we don’t give him a 2nd look. Didn’t he spurn us for byu?

I believe that is correct, so if everyone came back, the big need would be a PF, and a wing that could shoot. Brandon would be nearly impossible to replace, but an upgrade over Bajema is doable.

So, is that definitive that WE is under suspension and not injured? If so, the best kept secret that some of us had no idea of.

Would also be a good night to see Exacte shake off some rust, but I’ve been saying that for weeks.

Houston is going to throw everything but the kitchen sink at Brandon. Madden and Bajema are going to have to step it up tonight in order to have a shot at an upset.

What would be sweet if BC decides to come back is having LL and Keita get the minutes at 5 and have BC take over the 4.

Has it been confirmed that Erickson is on scholarship or is he a walk-on, ala Baxter.
BTW…NAIA no longer has divisions. That was eliminated a couple of year’s ago.

Hearing that Baxter is coming as a walk-on. No risk…possible big reward.

9.9 ppg and 7.7 rpg in only 24 mpg is impressive until you ask why was he only getting 24 mpg at Illinois State. No bagging on the get, but doesn’t bolster my expectations for Year 1 of the Smith era.

I’m not buying Gach being the go to scorer. Jenkins is much better shooting the 3 and getting to the bucket.

Fred replied to the topic Smith may or may not be a good hire, but these guys leaving is no indication in the forum Basketball (Men) 3 years, 6 months ago
Still a lot of good options in the portal.

Tristan Clark is off the table as he has committed to SMU, as expected.
