Most players don’t want the chance to be the starter – they want to be told they are the starter. That’s the biggest way in which the portal is harming student-athletes.

Why is anyone even surprised? At this point, you have to assume that any player who hasn’t been an everyday starter – on any team – is going to the portal.

There’s only one thing I don’t understand about the Ute fan base: Why are so many of us constantly negative, pessimistic, and depressed? We seem to have a greater percentage of Eeyores than any other fan base I’ve observed. E. The end of football season means it’s fully basketball season

Assuming we’re speaking only about football, the only thing that really must go is the Bhutan death march that occurs on the concourse behind the NEZ after every game. Who’s the genius who designed in a choke point?

Big 12 officiating makes PAC12 officiating look like the NFL. That said, the refs officiating isn’t why we lost.

Basketball was played! Utah didn’t shoot so great (especially in the first half), but the defense was clamps all night, which led to a big win. There was barely anyone there. News flash, athletic department: 3:30 tipoff on a work day is a bad idea. Go Utes!
