I say Washington. Not as pass happy. It’s hard to run on Utah (only ASU managed to do it), so I’d like to face a team that thinks they have to play balanced offense. More running = more 3rd and long. 

It’s a different flavor of a season for sure, but we don’t have a win against a team currently in the top 25 yet. 04 and 08 teams did. Until then, I’ll hold off on reflecting on who we’ve beaten. Good news is, we get another chance in 2 weeks!

I want to make fun of BYU-P for scheduling meaningless November games against horrible independent teams. But then I remember that we did the same thing.

Bad weather is only an advantage if Utah can limit turnovers. 

For football/general sports die hards, the game is enough. But a huge number of people attending games aren’t there for the game at all (or very little). They’re there because: 
1. Their significant other is a die hard fan, so they go out of a sense of obligation. 
2. They want to socialize. 
3. The stadium atmosphere and/or food.

I think the writing was on the wall when we joined the PAC12. Stadium experience for big time college football is becoming the domain of the 1%. And we’re only starting to catch up with most of the popular P5 schools.

Reminds me of the most underrated/overlooked movie one-liner of all time. From “The Naked Gun”:

Do you guys think that weather plays into our favor? I think it does – it will further neutralize their good WR. I have to think that a slugfest ground game would benefit Utah…I just don’t see Colorad9 being successful against us on the ground, and I think Shyne could have another big game punctuated by a few keepers from Shelley. 

It seems more often than not this energizes a team. Kind of like how major injuries energized ours last week.
I don’t like this news. Put it this way: CU was already on a terrible trajectory…this may help, and it certainly can’t make things worse. 

We’re going to struggle until at least January, if not all year. This team is seriously lacking chemistry, defense, rebounding, and a go-to scorer.

I see this differently. If ASU wins out, they will fully deserve to win the south. No PAC12 team has won back to back road games this year. If they do it, nothing I can do but tip my hat to them and wish them luck against the Fighting Leaches. 

Again, if anyone is going to be too uncomfortable, I’ll take your tickets. 
I plan to keep my core temp up by running around pouring beer on elderly zoobs.
