Why does every conference game have to come down to ‘one or two plays’, ‘one or two drops’, ‘one or two penalties’?

Why? He’s loaded us up on awful non-conference schedules for the next several years. He wasn’t able to expand RES before leaving. He’s allowed Whitt to go 28-37 in PAC-12 play. Just absolutely below average AD. Did he get us into a Power 5 conference? Yes. But it’s kinda like Whitt’s Sugar Bowl. How long can you ride one wave?

JT Daniels got bailed out A LOT on PI calls. Our DBs are worlds better than what WSU showed last night.

I bought a ticket through Utah’s ticketing site. Could’ve taken the MUSS Bus but that sounds like hell on earth. I’ll be there, presumably in our seating section.

This is quickly becoming my stance. Troy should have been our QB last year. I’m just not sure Huntley should’ve been recruited at all. Shelley could have taken over this year for all we know.

I thought I’d heard Whitt say last night that the refs told him on several plays that they had already been confirmed in the booth so there was no point in challenging.

Is that common practice? Considering how long reply reviews take, how are they able to review these things so quickly. A lot isn’t adding up there.

I might be better off going back to sleep rather than watching more football.. I mean opening weekend is pretty close to sex, if we’re being honest.

Honestly, I’m happy for the guy. Takes a lot to wade through all the crap he’s been through and still come out and play well enough for the W.

The PAC-12 needs a reputation boost. A lot of analysts have crapped on the conference all offseason. Some criticism has been valid but most of it is overblown based on bowl results.

Love has been bottled up… much like we did last year until his long run.

Their air game is on point though. Arcega-Whiteside is legit. Our backfield will have their hands full but I fully believe in our D this year.

1. Penalties. Specifically on ineligible receiver downfield and targeting. Lots of problems with those calls all year last year.

Interesting and perhaps a little disappointing. I know he had a bit of a rough start last year. From what I remember he wasn’t getting much playing time at all because he wasn’t fully rounded and good enough in the blocking game.

Hopefully he can keep growing. He was electrifying at times last year.

Nope, but I did notice I received my seating assignment for the MUSS. Excited to find out I’ve moved up several rows.
