Didn’t care until I saw the matchup. Great way to end the losing streak by beating the team that started it.

Nothing wrong with the three star. It is all about the sudden chest thumping about flipping someone from Arizona. USC, Oregon, Ohio State? Awesome. Arizona? That should not move the needle, it should be expected at this point.

This is the new reality. Getting excited about “flipping” an 84 graded 3 star from Arizona. This wouldn’t have merited a retweet this time last year. This guy is a projected special teams player who will transfer after his sophomore year looking for playing time. If this is the “new” competition I don’t like it, at all.

The message is the Cam Rising template. Sit for a year and learn the offense so you have a leg up to be the legitimate starter with a playoff caliber team in 2025. Someone may bite, especially if they have sound advice from the “deciders” in their life and the price is right.

That may be the case now. Penix was a true read option QB at Indiana. The injuries facilitated the change similar to what we saw with Brian Johnson after the knee injury.

Hans was on a “general show.” Criddle is exclusive to the BYU network and has a BYU show. More like a blogger or locked on guy than an actual media type. I get it though.

Can you call a former player a homer? I mean seriously? Would you call Steve Smith for instance, a homer? Or just an alum.

The writing was on the wall. There is going to be a fire sale of P-5 talent hitting the portal from OSU and WSU. It is horrible for the fans, administrations, college football. As much as I hate this for them I am glad it is not the U.

It happens more at the blue bloods. Frankly, this is great for program health, think of it as conservation for scholarship athletes.

He was the only one who made plays in that offensive explosion of a game between Utah and UCLA this year.

His family was pretty pissed with how his recruitment or lack thereof went with Utah the first time around. Maybe time has calmed the waters. His grandma told me Chip was texting him almost daily and the Utah coaches wouldn’t even schedule a meeting.
Guess we will see.

If true that is a sh#$% thing to do to the Beavs. That team deserve the best bowl available. Those fans deserve it too.

No one will like this take but I believe it has merit. Assignment based defenses with assignment sound players are more vulnerable to trick plays. No Ybu fan but Bronco’s defenses were very good with lesser athletes because his guys would do there jobs in part because they couldn’t over reach. They always got killed by trick plays. Earlier in…[Read more]

With aTm that could have been as simple as a reporter overhearing some boosters talking about it a the country club waiting for a tee time. The Admin has no control at that school and the boosters just believe they can buy whatever they want for wins regardless of 50 years of evidence to the contrary. It may actually be the most beautiful…[Read more]

I sincerely hope Arizona didn’t fly too close to the sun this season. Teams in the Big10 and SEC will be looking for coaches this off season and Fisch would be my first call. Also, I know NIL is good there but they couldn’t hang on to top guys last year and if Fisch goes it could collapse fast.
