You missed the entire point of my post. I’m not a huge fan of regulation. Some is necessary, but as I said I’m all for cutting spending across the board. The point is that Trump pulled a number out of his ass and applied it to a complex issue. This two for one nonsense is the thinking of a child. As ironman said, we need to take a scalpel to…[Read more]

on deregulation is far more troubling and indicative of the type of President we have elected. The fact that we’re so concerned about appeasing free market capitalists that we’re throwing out arbitrary numbers that make no logical sense is disturbing. Some regulations are good, and cutting two just because you must add one is an asinine and…[Read more]

Just looking at his offer list and ranking it seems pretty safe to assume that this a kid we would never have had a chance at 4-5 years ago. This is a big deal. Rivals has him as a top 25 wide receiver for christ sakes.

And now we have somebody to develop them, and give them an opportunity to run a dynamic offense. I’m already starting to get jacked. Somebody throw some shade my way, talk me down with some pessimism.

I was worried that we had shot ourselves in the foot a bit by recruiting Florida so hard the past few years. Don’t get me wrong, we got some great players who will pay major dividends in the near future, but we all knew Erickson was on his last leg (so to speak). California and Texas are key if Utah is going to continue to compete at a high level,…[Read more]

I have to assume a big part of the reason he’s only ranked at 3 stars is due to his size. 5-11 to 6′ works at the college level (hell, even in the NFL) if the skillset and grit is there. I’m sure Shelly’s been told countless times he’s just too short. Don’t know anything about the kid, but history tells me he’ll have a chip on his shoulder coming in.

As a necrophile I must aver, I thoroughly “examined” UFN, and it’s not merely dead, it’s most sincerely dead.
