It is. But to have a meaningful conversation we need to compare like things. Women’s athletics ain’t it because they aren’t part of he same organization and aren’t doing the same work.

That’s a market decision though for the athletics. They are t part of the same org. Their org makes far less money. Get them into the NBA or MLS and they’d get the same pay as they’d be part of the players association subject to the CBA.
