Ohio St vs Michigan.
Miss St vs Ole Miss
South Carolina vs Clemson
USC vs Notre Dame
Auburn vs Alabama
Florida vs Florida St
ASU vs ArizonaAnd we get fucking UCF.
What a joke.
With how awful our season has been, how fun would it be to play BYU to end the year?
Yormark is a dope.

This. We be STUPID not to bring him back if he wants to come back.
BUT, no NIL money. Or no extra money. AND bring in another starting caliber QB to compete for the job.

Yeah. I tried. I really did. I tried to listen and be a good boss and praise and encourage and talk things through.
It doesn’t work. Most people are just assholes. But what does work is being a dick.
When I’m a dick, shit gets done. When I’m understanding and thoughtful and “let’s make a plan together” and “how can I help you accomplish your…[Read more]

See, this is one area that we need more information before we make any judgments. Whitt has tried to let QB’s sit for a year to learn.
Rising did it and excelled.
Jayden Daniels was going to do it, but then momma got involved and convinced Daniels to play right away at ASU.
Tuttle was supposed to do it and then daddy got involved and Tuttle…[Read more] -

I own a business. Bought it 4 years ago. I try to be kind and understanding. I listen to my employees, try to find out why they haven’t done what I’ve asked them to do and then tried to work together to find a solution. Then they make the same mistake.
What I am realizing is most people are either dumb, don’t care or lazy as shit.
And being…[Read more]

Maybe he will retire.
But’s it’s hard to walk away from 20 million dollars. Intelligent people don’t do that.

Utah replied to the topic Hypothetical: Who's your pick for Utah HC (assuming KW leaves)? in the forum Football 1 week, 1 day ago
This post is so silly.
First off, you make a claim that you present as factual:
“We all know Scalley is the next HC and he’s gonna be great. He’s not Whit Jr he has a different offensive philosophy than Whit. He’s gonna bring young energy to the program.”
No evidence you provide shows he is factually going to be great (and you can’t even spell…[Read more]

I think the reality is, we may revert back to a stepping school for coaches.
Not being in the SEC/Big 10 means we won’t be able to pay as well. The Big 12 is just a better paid MWC again.
That is the one big plus for Scalley: He’d never leave. Neither would Jay Hill.
Every other coach outside of those two? Probably just here to Urban Meyer…[Read more]

I wonder how much Whitt’s fuckups at QB have him second guessing himself.
Look at all the QB’s he fucked up on:
He started Jon Hays over Travis Wilson.
He picked Jack Tuttle over Zach Wilson.
He actually made the right decision on Huntley, starting him over Williams.
He started Bentley over Rising.
He started Brewer over Rising.
He started…[Read more] -

Jon Sumrall
Ryan Silverfield
Jamey Chadwell
Spencer Danielson
Barry Odom
Jay Hill
Jake DickertThere is a list of successful HC’s.
I’d also talk to Dan Mullin and see if Chris Petersen is interested. If DeBoer became available I’d go hard after him.

Utah is not a top 3/5 program.
What I was trying to say is that out of all the jobs available, Utah is a top 3, top 5 job. We would have a ton of coaches to choose from.
Hell, Kalen DeBoer may be available. I’d take him over Scalley. Hell, I’d take him over Whitt. DeBoer can make the playoffs.
There will be a lot of good coaches available in…[Read more]

Whitt’s best year was his fourth year. Every year after that, he has had major coaching issues that have screwed over Utah.
2008: Almost lost to New Mexico. Should have lost to TCU.
2011: Can’t beat Colorado to go to the PAC-12 title game.
2019: Got blown out by Oregon when a win puts him in the playoffs.
2021: Went with Brewer over Rising.…[Read more] -

Ugh. Honestly? Probably neither.
On the one hand, you have a guy who has been here a long time, but peaked in 2021 and has been getting worse ever since. Hell, even 2021 started off as a complete shit show as he started Brewer or Bentley over Rising and it wasn’t until we lost to BYU and SDSU that Whitt pulled his head out of his ass and started…[Read more]

This is what Google said:
Yes, it’s common for high school football coaches to move on to college football, and many successful college coaches have started their careers in high school:
Gus Malzahn: Coached at various high schools in Arkansas for 14 years before moving on to college
David Cutcliffe: Coached at Banks High School in Alabama for…[Read more] -
