Huntley is a much, much better QB than Tate. I think Tate will be a disaster this year.
A better comparison for Huntley is Lamar Jackson. I don’t think Huntley is as good yet, but they are very similar players.

I know we have a recent history of injuries at the QB spot but Tyler Huntley is a hell of a lot more durable than some here think. He’s been hurt once in his football life…hit from behind, driven into the ground and landed on. Most get hurt with that tackle. I’m torn on all of it. One the one hand, there was no reason for them to win 4 games last year. Bronco would have won 9-10 games. Their schedule was cake.
The chaos is the only explanation that makes sense.

I don’t know if it’s the koolaid flowing, but I’m starting to believe our schedule won’t be as tough as we originally thought.
Weber St – tough, but we should win by 3+ TD’s, but we won’t because we never do.

Lisfranc in the Spring. Just gonna depend on how quickly he heals. Not practicing yet. 6-8 weeks immobile and then the same amount of time to recover. Usually hurts for a couple months after that. We work hard…camp is a grind sorting everything out especially as we’ve gotten better with depth/talent. We had to play with a chip on our shoulder especially when we joined the league. Absoultely…being in the Pit isn’t a terrible thing. Means they’re close to getting back. Teammates prod them to return for fear of losing time as well. Nothing serious in the Pit.

Guys starting to wear down…tired and banged up. 10 gassers today – 8 last week on Thursday so figure that’s the toughest day before settling in. Bernard had a sack on the first play they saw. He’s everything you hoped he’d be.

“Utah” is right 95% of the time. Pretty good without connections. And he’s right about Yassmin as well. He’s HUGE and strong as shit. Smart as hell. It will take some time but he’s a guy that should become a factor at some point
