I saw that!! Thought it was hilarious! Even ybu grads are ashamed of that place. 

Looking at going to the Stanford game. Heard the campus at Palo Alto is gorgeous. Have a close friend who lives in Sacramento so we are thinking of flying there and driving the rest of the way. 

I think we can. Just hope our legs aren’t too tired.

Thanks for clearing things up. As a community I believe we were confused. I (we) understand what a quad meet is… just did not know how it had pac 12 implications. 

I don’t know much about that meet. It wasn’t even televised. It was 4 pax 12 teams yet the pac 12 had no affiliation with it. Weird. I don’t know how the final scores play into the season, or if they do at all…. weird. 

I think part of the reason you saw some tiny mistakes and wobbles was because the ladies were tired. Remember the competed on Sunday and then a meet Friday. Not a ton of time to rest in between. As for Lee, I am not sure if she was outright replaced or what. Once again, could just be tired.

As much as I would like to see him go so  the cfp committie would have to think differently I don’t think he will. I believe Bama will be the last job he has. He will retire with tons of cash, N.C.’s, and talk of being the Goat. Then Bama fans can have a huge chip on their shoulder for the next 3 decades. Ugh. 

World Cup soccer (go Germany) and the Olympic Games. Other than that I agree. The hardest part of the year is June/July. That’s when you know fall camp and football are right around the corner but they still seem so far away. 

Agree Lady in Red. Football, basketball and any other “missionary tool” of a team can f..k off. Growing up non-Mormon in C.H. made me jaded.

I think we should just stop competing against them all together. As for a “Utah quad meet” while I think it is good in theory I don’t like it in real life. Quad meets are hard for me to watch. Too much happening at once. I can’t focus on it all and I feel guilty cheering or clapping after one routine because I feel like that will screw up another…[Read more]

I go to the big o on 300 west and 900 south. They put my winter tires on for free because purchased there and have repaired my summer tires when I had a leak because of the warranty. The customer service isn’t bad either.
