In 2018 the season ticket holders sold their 4 tickets right in front of my 4 season tickets to a BYU family for the Utah BYU game. They were up 20-0 at halftime. They never sat down the whole first half and were really obnoxious.

We came back the second half and when we took the lead their son who was around 14 threw his half full water bottle…[Read more]

  • So true Anfernee.

  • That’s a no brainer. Polygamy Porter. One is not enough.

Thanks for a positive post 89. I expect us to show up Nov. 9. I don’t get selling tickets to cougar fans. We need to show up and let the team know we’re behind them. Let’s send all the cougars fans home with their cougar tails between their legs. Go Utes

  • You bring up some great points byufan. I wish we had a sugar daddy to bring the BB program back to life. Before BYU was winning and we were losing cougarboard went after the Garffs saying boycott their dealerships.

It’s funny both fan bases complain about any advantage the other has and condemns it until they start winning then it’s ok. Ryan Smi…[Read more]

Rose and Huard must look really bad at practice to not get a shot when Wilson is injured and not playing great.

  • Jim Vanderhoof replied to the topic Fly on the wall in the forum Football 3 months ago

I don’t see him mentioned at all as a possible starter. Rose seems to be in the lead at this point. Is it possible he could surprise us all and play. Jay Hill must be licking his chops right now. Multiple turnovers.

Every defense has the blueprint for Wilson. Not enough sample size on Rose to predict. Huard is an unknown. Anyone seen him play and what his skill set is?

BYUs receivers will give us problems. They have receivers that can get open fast. We have to pressure Retzlaff or he will pick us apart. They will come out aggressive and try and score early and take the crowd out of the game. That’s Rodericks MO.

I agree Walkman make QB choice and give them the reps. Playing head games doesn’t work with QBs. If this team doesn’t get motivated for this game they shouldn’t be playing P4 football. Pressure is on them. We have nothing to lose except what little ride is left.

I’d like to be a fly on the wall in the QB room this week. It’s no secret the QBs have been bad. Benching Wilson and getting the first glimpse of Rose. He is bigger and looks to have better touch and accuracy. Huard is the wild card. Is he ready to play? He has more experience and might be able to read the defense better.

BYU is going to put pre…[Read more]

Is it three or four games for redshirt. If three let him play BYU and go from there. He gets a win that could catapult his status for next year. Hope is our only hope.

  • Jim Vanderhoof replied to the topic Source in the forum Football 3 months ago

Risings trip to the opposing teams water cooler has turned in to the programs worst nightmare. Hard to believe one player would have such an effect on the whole program.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We are always left in the dark and left to speculate what’s going on. Speculation is not a healthy place for fans.

Show up or sell them to another Ute. Don’t sell your tickets on Ticketmaster. Nothing worse than having to sit next to a vocal BYU fan in your season ticket seats.

  • I still have nightmares from the 70s-80s losses. Let’s make it 10 of the last 11 for us instead of 2 of the last eleven for them.

  • Jim Vanderhoof replied to the topic BYU vs Utah Tickets in the forum Football 3 months ago

Northern is trying to sell to Ute fans. Give him a break.

  • Jim Vanderhoof replied to the topic BYU vs Utah Tickets in the forum Football 3 months ago

I’d rather let my seats go empty than sell them to a BYU fan!! Come on man are you guys crazy would you really make the rest of us have to sit next to a cougar fan in a Ute season ticket seat?

  • Jim Vanderhoof replied to the topic UTAH SUCKS in the forum They So Poo Poo 3 months ago

All yall? BYU humor at its finest. No other fans of another team would be chirping after going 1-9 against their rival. So we know it can only be a Y fan. At least mix in a crud flip or a drinking comment.

  • Jim Vanderhoof replied to the topic Free Sam Huard in the forum Football 3 months ago

I’ll guarantee you he can’t be worse. Maybe equally bad. He should know the offense by now and two weeks to practice with the 1st offense. BYU will blitz Wilson every play.

First time watching Rose was interesting. He is bigger and has better touch on the short passes. I’m all for seeing what he can do with 2 weeks of prep. Wilson should get h…[Read more]
