  • The intensity level will go up against Baylor. Even though it’s not considered a conference game it’s our first Big 12 game against a big 12 opponent. Send a message to the rest of the league that we have arrived and we don’t lose at home. No turnovers and teach Rising how slide!! He scares the hell out of me when he takes off. Especially up the m…[Read more]

  • Thanks for posting. Social media has created a generation of insensitive thoughtless remarks that offend others with no recourse.

I welcome McMahon and any other BYU USU WSU fans that want to talk college football give their thoughtful opinions and observations. We all want to win and sit at the top of the standings but in the end we are all…[Read more]

  • He has all the tools and is going to be good. Sitting a year behind Cam is the best scenario we can ask for. He looks awesome in red. It will be fun watching him grow and get better like all of our past QBs. Isaac we are all behind you 100%.

I agree Utah. I thought he did fine for his first game. It was nice having a big lead so the mistakes weren’t costly. Second interception he had Lohner wide open in the flat. Needs to see the field a little better. I loved his pocket presence and his arm strength. Glad we got to see him live. He is a great addition to the Ute family.

  • Sports is the only thing they don’t have control over. I’m sure it frustrates them to lose. We have tons of LDS fans and I’m happy they are such great fans and people. I love the diversity we have. Let’s support our team illuminate the religious bigotry that exists on both sides.

  • Consider the source proud Ute. I read CB also for entertainment purposes only. A few good posters that have good information. They want to fire their coaches and blame losing on them. They don’t like playing second fiddle to us period. I can’t wait to stick it to them come November. In all my years of playing competitive sports the best way to shu…[Read more]

Hard to assess a game like this. They took care of business which was their goal. Running game didn’t look great. Mitchell looked ok but not a bruiser as advertised. Third and two might need more qb runs which isn’t good. Rising is large and in charge and looked like himself with a better arm in my opinion. Lots of weapons on offense. Ludwig can…[Read more]

    Bentley and Mitchell on offense
    Snowden and Gilman on defense.

    No just utebiotic.

I hear you Rick. Injuries have had an effect every year it seems. This team is stacked with athletes and great coaches. Snowden can play corner and will probably start next year at corner. Randle may be a natural who knows.

Well Chin your gut feeling is the same as mine normally. I think everything will come together this year. This team is focused and guys will step up when needed.

I just have that gut feeling about this team. Usually my gut feeling is pessimistic going in to a season. First time ever I have an optimistic gut feeling. Seems all the pieces have been put together by a master puzzle solver. Experienced QB that is also the team leader. D-line and LB’s combined could be best we’ve had. Offense looks uns…[Read more]

First Utah vs BYU game I went to in Provo they played “popcorn popping on the apricot tree!!” Don’t think I’ve been back since. Pink Floyd and Wolfmother I’m ready to go!! Go Utes

  • Oh man predictions make me nervous. I’m going to predict we can win every game. However we stumble a couple times and finish 10-2. Play in the conference championship and win. I think this is our year and we have the talent and leadership to make it happen. All the players know this is their best chance to get to the CFP. Go Utes. Whitt retires on top.

  • It’s amazing to me the obsession with food. Food always trumps the game. I sit on an isle and I stand up three or four times a game for the same people leaving and coming back with more food. Usually 3rd and 1 blocking your view. The same people come late and leave early. Whew that felt good to vent. It’s all good. Go utes!!

    Maybe I should sne…[Read more]

  • I just had a senior moment. Why doesn’t someone get a siren or blow horn and give a 15 minute warning to start packing up 45 minutes before game. Then another 30 minutes before the game as last call to leave. I’ve left tailgating many times 30-40 minutes before game time and only seen a handful of people leaving or gone. Let’s transfer the excit…[Read more]

  • First let me preface by saying I love the tailgating and it adds so much to game day excitement and getting our fans to meet and interact. Also I think it’s great when our tailgaters invite the visiting team fans to hang out before the game (Tony is the best).

    Now the pet peeves:
    1. Get to the game before it starts!! I’ve had season tickets sin…[Read more]

  • Your son will never forget that memory yankee.I’ve been going to games with my daughter for over 20 years and my grandson started going when he was about 8 with us. He is 14 now and hasn’t missed a game since. Francis Bernard is his linebacker coach and he is in 7 th heaven getting coached by one of his favorite players.

  • Man it just goes to show that the talent levels between the top and middle tiers are not far apart. Better come to play or you can get beat.
