I agree loyter. Why go at all. Seems much easier to support your team from the couch. These damn message board guys should just find something better to do than root for their team. Who cares if the stadium is empty at kickoff.
I’m sure the players would much rather have the stadium empty so they don’t have to put up with all that noise.

Yes south end zone was easy last game. If you don’t wait until 15 minutes before game time when all the tailgaters come at the same time. Then it can be 10-15 wait. Moral of the story get there early and beat the rush!! Grab a hot dog and eat in your seat before kickoff. Go utes

My suggestion for the tailgaters is to fire off an air horn for the 45 minute warning. Start packing up. 30 minute horn to get the stadium. It’s interesting how the east side sees the west side. I sit on the west side and it looks pretty full but hard to tell. The east side from the west side view looks half full at kickoff. Spread the word.

I listened to the Baylor play by play guy on the radio. They have a sixth year senior QB that played for Toledo for 5 years. He can run and make plays.
This game isn’t a slam dunk. They want revenge from last year. It will be a good test for what we will encounter in league play. I’m excited to see how we do against a formidable opponent. Tim…[Read more]

I know I sound like a broken record but let’s get to the stadium early and be in our seats for kickoff. The coaches and players have put in the time and effort. Now we need to follow.
National fox telecast let’s get the team fired up early. I know the Ute hub team always shows up and represents. Let’s spread the word to all Ute fans. Go Utes!!

Those teams ahead of us are really good. Being 11 is a huge compliment to our program. All those teams have better recruits, more money and more NIL than we do.
The blue bloods are all better than ever with more separation from the rest. Our coaching, culture and work ethic is awesome. Proud to be a Ute and to be mentioned with the top programs.

Honestly it shouldn’t matter. It’s a reflection of 1 idiots opinion with no affiliation to an entire school or fan base.

Chill it’s one game. Baylor will provide a better test.

Thank goodness it’s just a few mentally unstable people that hide behind a fictional name and keyboard. Every fan base has them. Welcome to social media.

I agree with the fact we have struggled in the past against dual threat QBs. Seems we improved every game against Caleb Williams last two years. Contained pass rush keeps them in the pocket. Hope our tackles can get a push up the middle.

Im with you Omaha. I’m looking forward to see some new teams. I wish we were still in the Pac12 but we’re not.
I choose to look forward not back. I think we have a better chance to get to the playoffs every year from the Big12. Basketball will be much better for the players who will play in packed arenas on the road. That will help rec…[Read more]

It’s been reported on cougarboard that Jay Hill suffered a heart attack. I have no link or source other than it’s being discussed on CB.
If reports are true my thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family. Hill is a former Ute player and coach well liked and respected by all. Reguardless of team affiliation let’s all take a moment and refle…[Read more]

Hopefully playing Caleb Williams the last two years will help with a contained rush. We got better each game against him.

The intensity level will go up against Baylor. Even though it’s not considered a conference game it’s our first Big 12 game against a big 12 opponent. Send a message to the rest of the league that we have arrived and we don’t lose at home. No turnovers and teach Rising how slide!! He scares the hell out of me when he takes off. Especially up the m…[Read more]

Thanks for posting. Social media has created a generation of insensitive thoughtless remarks that offend others with no recourse.
I welcome McMahon and any other BYU USU WSU fans that want to talk college football give their thoughtful opinions and observations. We all want to win and sit at the top of the standings but in the end we are all…[Read more]

He has all the tools and is going to be good. Sitting a year behind Cam is the best scenario we can ask for. He looks awesome in red. It will be fun watching him grow and get better like all of our past QBs. Isaac we are all behind you 100%.

I agree Utah. I thought he did fine for his first game. It was nice having a big lead so the mistakes weren’t costly. Second interception he had Lohner wide open in the flat. Needs to see the field a little better. I loved his pocket presence and his arm strength. Glad we got to see him live. He is a great addition to the Ute family.

Sports is the only thing they don’t have control over. I’m sure it frustrates them to lose. We have tons of LDS fans and I’m happy they are such great fans and people. I love the diversity we have. Let’s support our team illuminate the religious bigotry that exists on both sides.

Consider the source proud Ute. I read CB also for entertainment purposes only. A few good posters that have good information. They want to fire their coaches and blame losing on them. They don’t like playing second fiddle to us period. I can’t wait to stick it to them come November. In all my years of playing competitive sports the best way to shu…[Read more]
