Bummed about the time. Was hoping for an 8pm or so kick to really get RES rocking, especially if it’s the blackout game.

ASU will be tough. I think our crowd can help rattle Jayden a bit. Cal I won’t be as worried about if their starting QB is still out. Their backup did not look prepared against ASU.

Huntley is fantastic. There’s no other way to put it. I wish we could’ve seen what he would’ve done in the home stretch of last season.

Pretty disgusting. The U Police failed Lauren multiple times, period.

Secondary got exposed. They went right at JJ several times in a row and he couldn’t make a play. Blackmon was never in position, for all we’ve heard about him being a “ball hawk” it sure didn’t show tonight.

Was a fun season. I’ll be waiting with baited breath to see what consolation bowl we go to this year. Team shit the bed when the lights were brightest.

We had a good run (lol). DBs are real bad. OL is worse. This team is nothing without Zack Moss.

Love the ranking, don’t get me wrong. But rankings don’t mean much of anything this early in the season. Gotta prove that we belong. Great opportunity over the next two weeks to do just that.

I agree. The run game will be critical to us winning in the Coliseum (not like that is ground breaking news). We need to control the clock, methodically score points, and keep USC’s offense off the field while simultaneously gassing their defense.

U$C looks good. It’s gonna be a tough game in LA. Unless we play a complete game, the South is in jeopardy.

It’s almost like we didn’t just beat a decent team by 18 points with a rather vanilla gameplan. Yes, the defense got beat at times in the first half, but they made great halftime adjustments and owned NIU in the second half.

This. I think that season has been the single biggest reason I have been tempering my expectations for this season. Excited to see what this team looks like against U$C and see if some of the hype is deserved.

As soon as the game is over on Thursday, regardless of outcome, BYU fans will start talking about next year (while we talk about a potential PAC12 title).
