Their fans cheering for Covey to get hurt has made me lose a lot of respect for UW.

Utah coaches backed off him pretty hard in the weeks leading up to his signing with Boise. I’m not entirely sure why, but guessing that he didn’t fit the “all in or in the way” mentality.

Herm Edwards knows how to sell his program. It sucks that they keep swooping in late and locking down kids that’s we’re trying to recruit. We need to start beating them consistently.

FWIW I believe Rudy got emotional in the press conference because he was speaking about his mother who had contacted him in tears and was very upset that he wasn’t selected. I think the emotion had more to do with the interaction he had with his mother than his All-Star snub.

Sure felt like the PAC12 officials were reffing the Saints/Rams game. That was the worst non-call PI I have ever seen. The same player got away with another pretty blatant PI earlier in the game as well.

The “roughing” on Brady was bad too. Man, I am really sick of seeing the Pats in the Super Bowl. The sooner that Belichick and Brady retire, the better.

Leki is a boss. I think of all our returning defenders who could have left early, he is the most important. Not to take anything away from Anae or Blackmon, but his ability to command a double team on every single play really opens things up for our other linemen. I didn’t even realize he was considering Wazzu. I’m not sure that he’d fit as well in the Air Raid. He’s a good passer, but not great.

Eno Benjamin has two more years there. Moss only has one here. More direct route to playing time would be Utah or Ucla.
