Agreed, Moss should sit out, he really has nothing to gain and the risk of injury to RB is always high. I think it would be a good chance to get the younger guys some reps.

The SEC is not the dominate conference it once was and the media hasn’t noticed. The SEC went 5-5 this year against other P5 schools. The SEC is very top heavy with some great programs (LSU, Georgia, Auburn, Alabama, Florida) and some straight awful programs (Vandy, SC, Missouri, Arkansas). Not an issue at all this year, shouldn’t be an issue next year, but give it 2-3 years and it could be. I get if the other recruits aren’t up to our standards or aren’t a good fit, but it seems silly to me to say we’ll only take 1 RB for 2020.

Why would we limit to 1 RB in the class? Seems like depth would be important down the road.

It’s very obviously an illegal shift. When the play happened during the game I immediately saw it. Two players can be in motion at the same time but they both need to be set before the snap to be legal. They obviously were not.
