Couple things I have read in preview analysis on web.
1. Utes will need to be balanced. If we try and go toe to toe with them in the run game it will play into their hands. Continue this downfield passing attack.

Rewatched game last night which you seem to notice so many other things.

Vele looks tall and a target Cam is comfortable throwing too. In NFL the back up always has a WR they practice with and have chemistry with. Once that backup QB is inserted in lineup guess who they look for?

Yeah he got blown up by a defender who blindsided him untouched and he fumbled.

I have never seen so many backfield untouched takedowns in a given year and we are only thru game 4!!!

The Pressure was stellar by our guys but finishing the job was not. The QB was elusive enough to sway to the side and get away from being tackled. Part of that was gap containment and not over pursuing and also the QB being a good QB.

Happened early last year.

From what I saw on that punt coverage Lowe was coming in too wide and allowed a gaping hole plus he slipped and fell so he couldn’t close the gap.

The next few punts he was on point and even made a tackle I believe.

Next week and beyond. Hopefully.

Saw one of them limp off early in first half after a special teams kickoff or punt.

The other got playing time in mop up duty I believe.

OnlyU pinned him as the frontrunner at one point. So he has seen/heard flashes of solid play. Hopefully he’s back playing cause he’s definitely a playmaker.
I want to see more…..it’s early.

That list is impressive. Think about the playing time most of them are getting.

Crazy how the guy was lambasted by the Bronco fans when he first arrived and struggled. Now he’s in the top 100 players league wise per NFL Networks list.
