Not going to happen because the North Schools don’t want to give up on their annual road games against the California schools. They use them to recruit players, and said reasons are why they came up with the division format they did in the first place.

Plus Arizona had been playing really well lately. 

To be fair, Minshew wasn’t actually a recruit to Washington State. He was a graduate transfer. You also have to remember that Washington State has been in the Pac-8/10/12 for multiple decades. Utah’s been in it for 8 years. 

Or the fact that he likely received zero reps whatsoever in practice and was thrown to the wolves….

Negative nancies. 

All four of their losses have been by a touchdown too. Nobody’s blown them out and they’ve been within range to beat every team that they’ve played. They also won @ USC last week plus they beat Michigan State. They’re a talented team no question 

No Arizona is the one who plays Washington State next. Don’t confuse the two. 

Sleep on it and realize that the sun will come up tomorrow. I try to have a positive outlook on life and I never let things change or shake my unflappable belief that what I’m doing is right. It doesn’t do anybody any good to feel sorry for yourself or get down on yourself. This too shall pass my son. I haven’t given up nor will I ever. 

I’d just like to say that teams are never as good as their best games and never as bad as their worst games. The way the team comes out against Oregon will be really telling as to who they are and what they’re made of. 

Well, Arizona won. Utah’s in a great position right now. If they win their next two games, they will clinch a berth in the Pac-12 Championship for the first time. 

Utah also had an extra day of rest for this game. I like their chances. 

Yep. Thanks Arizona. Utah can actually clinch a berth in the Pac-12 Championship Game by winning their next two games.

Arrogant pigs 

Utah’s more than just “barely” favored against ASU. FPI gives them a 69% chance to win. 

That seems like the more likely scenario. Plus a Rose Bowl berth and a win in said game would be huge for recruiting. 

They’ll just put Notre Dame and a second SEC team in.
