Well, I sorta agree, but you really think that Arizona State is going to win @ BOTH of Oregon AND @ Arizona? I just don’t see it. If Utah wins two out of their final three conference games, they’re going to win the Pac-12 South. 

I agree. They are different. None of our past teams have had this level of defense combined with this competent of an offense. Not to mention this much depth at every position. 

It’s because Utah IS the 2nd best team in the Pac-12 right now. 

Except two years ago when we beat them 49-26…

I wouldn’t mind the Alamo Bowl either. 

Utah’s not going to lose to either ASU nor Oregon. They’re going 10-2 (7-2). Mark. It. Down. I agree. With two losses, Utah has already basically been eliminated from playoff consideration. Notice that I said consideration, not contention. They are different. Our special teams were the only reason they were in the game. Covey muffed a punt which eventually led to a score and they blocked a punt of ours on a terrible snap that led to another. Otherwise, this is a 41-14 game. 

I just watched that whole third video. I never thought I’d see a USC person admit that a team like Utah is simply better right now than they are. He’s absolutely right by the way. In fact, i think Utah is actually more talented overall than USC is presently and it showed big time in this game. Go Utes! 

You could say that about any team in the country. 

I want a Rose Bowl berth for Christmas. 

I remember that streak. It was in our first year in the league (2011). We were 0-4 in league play, but then we were 4-4.

It wouldn’t be a three-way tie. Colorado would drop to 3rd because they’d only be 2-2 while both Utah and USC would be 3-2. That’s only a two-way tie. 

Um, it’s been that way since before the season even started. This isn’t news. 

Plus Porter Gustin is out for the season. 

Sad. My prayers go out to that young man. 

Stanford is ranked still because of their wins over Oregon and USC. Their losses are to #4 Notre Dame and us. Ergo, they have a more impressive resume than we do. Plus they beat 5-1 San Diego State, who beat ASU.
