Brett Ratliff’s 5-21 for 30 yards, 3 INTs, 0 TDs, performance at home against a WAC team was the worst thing I have ever seen at the U of U. That performance alone cemented his legacy as the worst U of U QB I have ever seen. I don’t care if he won other games or played in the NFL, that game was so bad it negates everything else.
