Had this same thought to. I didn’t hate the idea of going for two, but when it initially happened, I thought that was going to be Whitt’s plan all along. 

Totally depends on when we get Huntley back. If the injury lingers and he’s put a few more weeks we can lose to anyone we play. If he gets healthy in time for ASU, I think we win ASU and at least 2 of CU, UCLA, ORE, WSU, possibly three. If he’s back for ASU, I don’t see us going worse than 3-4.

Yeah, would be awesome to get either of those guys. Hopefully we can get one of Romney, Kaho, or Krump. If they program falls apart, as it looks like it is heading that direction, getting a few of these guys each year would be awesome!

Nice. Sewell would be an awesome pickup. Would love to see Ezeike stay in state as well, but if I’m a highly recruited tight end, no way am I coming to the U right now. I can’t imagine our tight ends have had more than 10 targets all year.

Tuttle committed and it sounds like Drue Jackson may be coming as well. Utes have much of a shot with any of these other guys? 

Any of them going to commit? I can’t believe we only have 5 commits at this point in the season. Worries me a little. Hopefully the gamble pays off. 

Just hope Fitts and Anae are healthy. If so, we should be able to slow him down, at least a little bit. If not, could be tough. 

We need to get some ‘cruits to commit badly! We have the fewest in the NCAA currently. I know it paid off to be patient last year, but I worry it could come back to bite us this year.

Agreed! One of my favorite aspects of Utah joining the pac12 has been the fact that I now have a vested interest in the other pac12 games and it makes college football saturdays so much more entertaining! 

I may be in the minority, but I want the whole pac12 to suck, so Utah has a better chance to win conference titles, go to the rose bowl, and can pick up better recruits. Thanks. Yep, it is in reference to Walter. Grew up a bears fan and played running back in little league and wore #34. He’s one of my all time favorites!

Not really. Yardage disparity was similar. We just played so sloppily. Fumbled handoff exchange that led to their points, and so many costly penalties. We didn’t dominate them like wisky did, but it could have very easily been a 3-4 score victory if we played a clean game.
